What to Expect in Your First CrossFit Class

Your first CrossFit class at Beta Gym is designed to be approachable, structured, and supportive. From the moment you arrive, a coach will guide you through the entire session so you never feel lost. Classes begin with a warm-up to prepare your body, followed by movement instruction where you will learn proper technique. The workout itself is scalable, meaning it will be adjusted to match your fitness level.It is normal to feel challenged, but you will also feel accomplished. The goal of your first class is not to push limits, but to build confidence and understand how everything works.By the end of the session, you will have completed a full workout and taken the first step toward building a consistent fitness routine.
