At your first visit, you’ll meet your coach, tour the facility, and start with a fun, approachable class tailored to your fitness level. Expect engaging warm-ups, effective workouts, and hands-on coaching every step of the way. Classes are structured, accessible, and alternate daily to keep things fresh. You'll set goals, track improvements, and see real results. Every session ends with support and high-fives from your new fitness community.
Who can participate in CrossFit classes?
Anyone age 14 and up, including absolute beginners, can join our CrossFit classes. Each workout is scaled and individually coached to meet your current abilities.
How often can I attend classes?
All memberships include unlimited CrossFit classes Pasadena. Come as frequently as you like—daily, weekly, or on your schedule.
